Captain Bill knows all the best spots on the water. I have been taking my family and friends island-hopping and creek exploring for over 2 decades. I grew up on boats. One of my first jobs was at the San Diego Sailing Center as a teenager. I moved my family to the area in 2004. We picked WB as our home because I traveled for work and wanted to live in a place where everyone vacationed. I hold a USCG 25-ton Master Captain license. I am also Adult/Infant CPR and First Aid, certified.
